Chippewa County Outreach Services

The L.E. Phillips Career Development Center Outreach Office is located in downtown Chippewa Falls. This office specializes in homelessness prevention and equipping those in need. The services that are offered at the Outreach Office provide a valuable resource to those in need within the community. During operating hours there is a staff person available to provide a listening ear, access the most critical needs and provide individuals and families with the existing options available within the Chippewa Community.  The Outreach Office works closely with area agencies such as  the Family Support Center, Chippewa County Housing Authority, local food pantries, Workforce Resource, Catholic Charities, Chippewa Economic Support and several others. We also work with the Chippewa Falls Mission Coalition and area churches to meet the needs of those in need.  Walk-in appointments are welcome, but appointments are encouraged.
