Our Mission
The mission of the L.E. Phillips Career Development Center, is to provide meaningful and appropriate vocational services and employment opportunities for individuals who are disabled or disadvantaged.

As a non-profit corporation, any revenues generated will be utilized to:

» Upgrade physical facilities

» Upgrade capital equipment

» Promote and deliver vocational services

» Provide advocacy and guardianship services

» Provide work adjustment training & Skills Training

» Provide services for global industries serving local, regional and national companies
