Corporate Guardianship

What is Corporate Guardianship?

The Corporate Guardianship program provides guardianship services for individuals in West-Central Wisconsin that have no close family or other support systems who need legal protection. We meet standards required by the Bureau of Quality Assurance and the Wisconsin Circuit Court.
Eligibility

To be eligible for the Corporate Guardianship Program a person must be declared incompetent through the Judicial System and court ordered Chapter 85, through the Circuit Court System.
